Outline:
Tama University is part of an integrated education system called “Tamura Gakuen”. Established in 1989, this private University is under the Tamura Gakuen group - an integrated educational system spanning kindergarten, junior / senior high and Tama University. The University was formed with the aim of training and equipping students with strong management information skills & knowledge.
The University consists of 2 undergraduate schools and 1 graduate school, located on 3 separate campuses around Tokyo area. There are some 2,044 students enrolled at Tama University. The undergraduate schools are: (i) School of Global Studies and (ii) School of Management and Information Sciences. In particular, the School of Global Studies offer a range of Business Management courses, taught in English, to international students.
